A graduate of Harvard’s AMP programme, Tshepo headed the Corporate Finance and Isibaya Fund Division of the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) – the largest investment manager in South Africa with over US$90bn under management – before he was appointed CEO of Harith General Partners.

He is one of the originators of the US$630m Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund, and the recipient of three recognition awards from the Association of Black Securities and Investment Professionals (ABSIP) for his work, including 2014’s CEO of the Decade award.

Prior to founding RH Managers, Quinton Zunga was co-founder and executive director of Arkein Capital Partners from 2011 to 2014. Holder of a Master’s degree in Science Finance from the University of London, Zunga has 16 years of professional experience, 12 years’ experience at a senior level in investment banking, and 4 years’ private equity experience.

Prior to founding Arkein Capital Partners he was a director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch SA and head of its Debt Capital Markets for sub-Saharan Africa, and was instrumental in developing the bank’s sub-Saharan Africa business, raising capital of over US$1.5bn in these regions and building deep relationships.

Tseke Nkadimeng is the CEO of AfricOil, South Africa’s first black-empowered oil and gas enterprise. Taking over the post in 2009, he was in fact mandated to liquidate the company in the wake of the global financial crisis. This year marks the company’s 22nd year, thriving under Tseke’s management despite a highly competitive local and global oil and gas sector.

A founder of Moopong Investment Holdings, which specialise in commodity trading, mining, and transaction advisory services, he has been involved in various mining projects. Moopong Investments has a 25% stake in AfricOil. Until 2010 he served as a non-executive director of Pembani Coal, resigning in that year to focus exclusively on AfricOil.

Redha M. Fathalla received his undergraduate degree, majoring in Finance, in the United States, and went on to achieve a Master’s degree in Finance & Economics from Boston University. Having since then acquired a wealth of executive experience, he now serves as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Al Hoty Analytical Services.

An instrumental part of the management team that introduced the company’s LIMS framework, his business acumen, proven in over a decade of professional experience, is bound to take Al Hoty on to new heights.

A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, Giussani took his MBA in Business Administration from IAE Business School in 1995. Since then, he has acquired more than two decades of managerial experience, 15 of which in upper management. He has served as director of various consultancies, he established software development firm Horus-Tek S.A. in 2007, selling to new owners in 2011. In 2012 he was hired as General Manager of Shopping del Sol, and has since overseen the mall’s impressive growth and expansion.
